WEA AI Terms of Service

By accessing or using WEA AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

WEA AI is an AI-assisted business support platform that helps authorized users manage customer conversations, review AI-generated suggestions, and operate support workflows across connected channels where officially supported.

You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring that all connected platform accounts, team members, and integrations are properly authorized.

WEA AI may provide AI-assisted reply suggestions or automation outputs. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated replies before sending or relying on them, especially for sensitive, legal, financial, or customer-facing communications.

You agree not to use WEA AI for:

• Scraping, unauthorized automation, or circumventing platform limits
• Spam, harassment, impersonation, or abusive messaging
• Unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Misuse of TikTok or other third-party platform integrations

Access to certain channels and features may depend on official API approval, account eligibility, and third-party platform policies. WEA AI does not guarantee that every planned integration is active at all times.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or where suspension is required by law or third-party platform requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WEA AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
