WEA AI Security
We apply practical security controls to protect platform access, connected integrations, and customer data handled through authorized workflows.
HTTPS only
Public access to WEA AI is served over HTTPS to protect data in transit.
OAuth-based connection
Where applicable, connected platforms use official OAuth or authorization flows. We do not access third-party accounts without explicit user authorization.
Secure access token handling
Integration tokens are stored and accessed using secure operational controls appropriate to the service environment.
Role-based dashboard access
Dashboard features are protected by role-based access controls for operators and tenant users.
Customer data protection
Private customer conversation data is not intentionally exposed as public website content. Access is limited to authorized platform users and operational systems required to provide the service.
No scraping or unauthorized access
WEA AI does not scrape platform data and does not attempt unauthorized account access.
Monitoring and logging
We use monitoring and operational logging to support reliability, incident response, and service integrity.
