WEA AI is an AI SaaS platform based in Indonesia, focused on helping businesses manage customer conversations across messaging and social channels with AI-assisted workflows and human oversight.

Who we are

WEA AI is built by Abdul Latif. We are developing an omnichannel customer support platform for merchants, creators, educators, service businesses, and retail brands in Indonesia.

Current stage

WEA AI is currently in pilot / pre-revenue development. Our initial internal pilot brand is Nafas Batin, used to validate workflows before broader external onboarding.

We do not claim large enterprise adoption or broad commercial rollout at this stage. We are focused on building a secure, transparent platform and completing official API integrations responsibly.
