WEA AI is an AI SaaS platform operated from Indonesia. We help businesses manage customer conversations, review AI-assisted reply suggestions, and operate support workflows across connected channels where officially supported.

Depending on how you use WEA AI, we may collect:

• Account information such as name, email, login identifiers, and business profile details
• Messages, conversation content, and materials submitted to operate support workflows
• Integration data received from connected platforms after you authorize those connections
• Usage logs, diagnostics, timestamps, and technical metadata such as IP address and device/browser information
• Payment or subscription status where paid plans apply

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve WEA AI
• Run authorized integrations and business-approved automation workflows
• Process support, onboarding, account administration, and operational communications
• Monitor performance, detect abuse, and improve service security
• Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations where required

WEA AI only accesses TikTok-related data after a business account owner grants authorization through the official authorization flow.

TikTok-related data is used only to provide the requested business support and automation features to the connected business account, where supported by official API permissions.

WEA AI only accesses TikTok-related data after a business account owner grants authorization. We do not scrape TikTok data, do not sell TikTok user data, and do not share TikTok customer information with third parties except when required to provide the requested service or comply with law.

Connected platforms, including TikTok where applicable, are linked through official OAuth or authorization flows initiated by the account owner or authorized operator.

You may revoke authorization through the third-party platform settings or by disconnecting the integration within WEA AI where available.

Integration access tokens are stored using secure operational controls and are accessed only by authorized systems and personnel required to provide the service.

Dashboard access is protected by authentication and role-based access controls.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain authorized integrations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and preserve platform security.

You may request deletion of eligible personal or connected account data by contacting admin@wea-ai.cloud or following the process on our Data Deletion page.

We do not sell personal data or TikTok customer information. We do not share TikTok customer information with third parties for advertising or resale.
